In case of an email or phone order, how can I reach the Orders Desk?

Our Order Desk is available to assist you Monday to Friday from 7:00am until 9:00pm via email at orders@degiro.co.uk . Alternatively please contact our Service Desk at +44 (0) 20 3695 7834 and ask for the Orders Desk.

How can I make a formal complaint?

If you think that DEGIRO have violated the terms and conditions and this has resulted in a financial loss please send an email outlining your complaint to complaints@degiro.co.uk. Any complaints will be dealt with independently by our compliance department. However if you have a comment or a procedural complaint, please contact our Service Desk.
